Have to say hats off to the team looking after dispenSense. There was a certain feeling that I was going blind into something new, but all was very relaxed and stress-free thanks to the dispenSense training team putting our staff very much at ease. Integration is seamless and imported data is displayed as though it was entered in dispenSense De Novo so there is no old and new, just a bold step forward into the future of pharmacy dispensing software. A fantastic product implemented seamlessly by a fantastic team. Highly recommended!

DispenSense is a very intuitive software that doesn’t require much training at all. The software doesn’t stall/freeze at all, so processing prescriptions is quick. There is an excellent support team in the background so if any questions or issues arise, they are rectified immediately. There are really good features like the contraceptive claim being done directly from DispenSense, adhoc ordering function, uploading prescriptions directly from the computer etc. Also being able to login from home if I need to check something or send the claim is great. The fact that we can have multiple screens at no extra charge makes this system great value too. I would recommend DispenSense and am delighted I made the move.

The installation of the dispenSense software went incredibly smoothly and seamlessly, it’s great to see such desirable efficiencies brought to the market.

DispenSense in one word is SPEED (X10). This system is ultra fast, allowing one to move between patients' files effortlessly, allowing a constant workflow. It has the added feature of allowing Healthmail prescriptions to be scanned directly into a patient's file with one click. Back ups and IPU product file updates are all done automatically. The Navi team are exceptional, polite and patient with back up support, queries are resolved speedily as they arise with their cloud based system. I would highly recommend this dispensing software to anyone in the market for lightning speed change.

At long last, a new software system that is compatible with modern pharmacy. I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of this. Installation very straightforward, back up is first class, and response within seconds via Whatsapp or call if any problems. Highly recommend for anyone on the fence.

Install was seamless. The support from the dispenSense team is incredible, they are so quick and responsive on any queries raised. The system is very straightforward when it comes to monthly claims too. I would highly recommend dispenSense.

We started working with DispenSense in January of this year and are impressed with how it has helped us streamline the workflow of our dispensary. It has all the features we look for in a dispensary system and more. It has many great 'big' features but it's the small things that DispenSense can do which really set it apart for us - the ability to split labels on multiple boxes, put notes on patient records, scan scripts and upload other documents to a patient's own patient medication record are my favourite features. If you are thinking of making the move, run and don't walk to do it. You will not be sorry you did.
