Finn brings 25+ years’ experience to his role as Chief Technology Officer, including the successful delivery of IT projects and services in the software, telecommunications and retail industries. His expertise includes software strategy and managing complex IT systems to deliver business value.

Sarah has over 15 years’ pharmacy experience and now manages our extensive development team. She works closely with pharmacy members and other industry stakeholders to progress our new cloud-based dispensary system, supporting pharmacies across the country, now and for the future.

Deirdre started at Navi Group in 2017 as our receptionist. Over the years, she has moved through the ranks in Customer Service, most recently being Customer Service Manager, before being promoted into her current role as Deployment Manager for DispenSense.

Maria provides DispenSense software training to support the implementation and effective use of our software products and services, specialising in those designed specifically for our pharmacy customers.

Susie has 25 years’ experience in pharmacy and has experience in research in the School of Medicine in UL in the area of psychotropic prescribing in patients with intellectual disabilities. Susie is a trainer for both DispenSense and TillSense.
