Finn brings 25+ years’ experience to his role as Chief Technology Officer, including the successful delivery of IT projects and services in the software, telecommunications and retail industries. His expertise includes software strategy and managing complex IT systems to deliver business value.

Susie has 25 years’ experience in pharmacy and has experience in research in the School of Medicine in UL in the area of psychotropic prescribing in patients with intellectual disabilities. Susie is Interim Product Owner for our DispenSense system, working on new releases and ongoing development within the software.

Deirdre started at Navi Group in 2017 as our receptionist. Over the years, she has moved through the ranks in Customer Service, most recently being Customer Service Manager, before being promoted into her current role as Deployment Manager for DispenSense.

Claire brings with her 20 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician, with lots of hands on experience on the ground in pharmacy. In her current role, Claire is responsible for the install of our DispenSense and TillSense software in pharmacies, as well as intensive training for pharmacy teams on how to use the software systems.
